The role:
Forming part of the SYNLAB Group, Lextox are a UKAS accredited laboratory based in Cardiff. Lextox provide drug, alcohol and DNA testing services for family law cases and childcare proceedings. SYNLAB in the UK is a trusted expert in clinical laboratory and medical diagnostic services.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team in Cardiff on a full-time and permanent basis, with the flexibility of hybrid working. The role will undertake marketing activity and support for the Lextox and SLS (SYNLAB Laboratory Services) Drug and Alcohol businesses. Responsibilities:
- Marketing the company’s products and services.
- Review and optimisation of our company websites.
- Prepare and execute effective marketing email campaigns and external communications to leads and clients.
- To conduct market research in order to identify market requirements for current and future products and services.
- Undertake customer feedback surveys.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on marketing campaigns, capturing data in individual CRM systems.
- Analyse data from campaigns, recognising new target markets.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years marketing experience working across the full marketing mix.
- The candidate should hold or be working towards a recognised marketing qualification.
- Strong communication, writing and presenting skills.
- A solid understanding and competency of SEO and PPC.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Good IT skills.
- Experience within using email platforms such as Mailchimp.
