As we scale rapidly and expand our presence, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help shape and execute our marketing strategies, bringing our story and mission to life across a variety of channels. You’ll work alongside a passionate team, playing a key part in communicating the positive impact of our work on both people’s lives and the planet.

The opportunity

The Marketing Executive will play a key role in elevating the Sunamp brand within the B2B space, driving audience engagement and supporting marketing initiatives across various channels.

You’ll be responsible for planning and executing conferences, events, and content creation, developing compelling materials for both digital and print platforms. Additionally, you’ll manage website updates, email campaigns, and digital marketing activities to enhance online visibility and strengthen brand awareness.

This role demands a blend of creativity, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects, working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with brand strategy. Candidates will have acquired 2-3 years’ experience within a similar role for a B2B company.

Key areas of accountability:

1. Event and Conference Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute conferences, trade shows, and corporate events.
  • Liaise with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Manage event logistics, including scheduling, budgeting, and post-event reporting.
  • Develop promotional materials and campaigns for events.

2. Content Creation

  • Collaborate with the team to develop engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, email newsletters, and the website.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and marketing collateral using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s voice and strategy.

3. Digital Marketing

  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website with fresh content and updates.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns through Mailchimp or similar platforms.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns to optimise results.
  • Assist in SEO efforts and implement strategies to improve online visibility.

What you will need :

  • Website Management: Proficiency in WordPress for content updates and basic troubleshooting.
  • Graphic Design: Proficiency in Canva; experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with Mailchimp or equivalent platforms for campaign management.
  • Data Analysis: Basic understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and adapt.
