Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Location: Romsey, Hampshire
Salary: £18000 to £22000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company is an independently owned international corporation, offering an established and effective range of power protection products, services and sells to a very broad spectrum of industries and sectors.
Role Overview:
This role will primarily involve liaising with the Marketing and Sales teams, both UK and International to enable the company to maintain and enhance company image and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- To plan and prepare marketing campaigns and documentation
- Liaising with both the UK and International Sales departments, offering support and assistance
- To coordinate events held both in the UK and Internationally
- Editing/upkeep and development of the company’s website
- Creating and scheduling Social Media content and initiatives
- New product launch campaigns
- Working to create advertising campaigns
- To provide supporting sales documentation
- Create and develop case study portfolio
- To assist in the updating of price lists
- General support to Sales and Marketing departments
Key Requirements:
- Experience within a similar environment/role preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines and working to brief
- Knowledge and ability with all social media platforms
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service/focus
- Excellent organisation, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
20 days holiday per annum this will increase by 1 day for each year of service up to a maximum of 25 days.
Working hours will be Monday – Friday, 9-5:30, including a 1 hour lunch.
