Job Title: Marketing Administrator – Hybrid Working

A rare opportunity for an experienced CRM (Client Relationship Management) and Circulation Administrator has arisen in our team during an exciting time for our company.
You will be focused on the management of client and prospect relationship management, on-going maintenance of our contact database and management of the subscription, circulation, and auditing of our publications.
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
- Managing client and prospect relationship management to maximise effectiveness
- On-going maintenance of the contact database incl. the development of it in an ABC-compliant manner (Salesforce)
- Creating workflows and automation to help increase distribution lists across the various industries and jurisdictions in which the business operates and to help improve engagement
- Working closely with the Business Development workstreams to support activities that help increase prospects and clients and in turn revenue growth
- Creating targeted mailing list for newsletters and client campaigns
- Developing Account Based Marketing (ABM) lists for client campaigns
