Job Title: Managed Services Warehouse Operative
Location: Maldon
Salary: £20,500 – £22,500 per year. Quarterly bonus payable on meeting set teams target.
Job Type: Permanent, Full time. Working hours (as per standard) – 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday – 8:30am to 5:00pm. 1-hour lunch (unpaid).
The Role:
- Unloading cages and pallets collected from our Clients
- Locating stock for storage & picking stock for despatch
- Stacking / wrapping pallets for storage
- Sorting deliveries into categories and loading onto conveyor belts
- Identifying and recycling plastics, metals, and cardboard for recycling
- Ensuring that the area is clean and all rubbish is removed
*Please note – A Forklift Licence would be considered an advantage but training with an accredited provider will be considered after probation.
The Candidate:
We are looking for Managed Services Warehouse Operatives to join our existing, hardworking team. Must be able to work within a Team environment and have ability to work unaided and use initiative when required.
The ideal candidate should possess the following strengths:
- Some experience of database use to be considered an advantage.
- Must be IT literate as accurate data entry is a major part of the role.
- Reliable, organised and trustworthy.
- Must be physically fit as some medium/heavy lifting involved.
- Be able to cope well under pressure.
- Experience in a similar role in a Warehouse environment considered an advantage.
