Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Salary: £14.26 per hour
Job type: Permanent, Full time – Shift based 4 on 4 off
Based on Teesside, the Company operate one of the largest plastic reprocessing plants in the UK. At the forefront of innovation and technology within the plastics recycling industry they recycle plastic packaging into technical and food grade materials.
An exciting opportunity now exists for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to fill a shift based role providing support for manufacturing teams and to ensure maintenance schedules for plant and equipment are adhered to.
The Candidate:
With a proven record of maintenance engineering behind you, you will need to have experience of maintaining and improving production machines and equipment. Experience on plastic extrusion machinery, or automated manufacturing machinery would be an advantage but not a prerequisite.
Need a formal qualification in maintenance engineering and have suitable maintenance engineering experience. It is likely that you are currently working in a maintenance department. A confident communicator with good working knowledge of planned preventative maintenance techniques is required.
