Job Title: Painter and Decorator with Maintenance Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute high-quality painting and decorating tasks with precision.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team for repairs and overall home enhancements.
- Prioritise painting projects based on home size and specific requirements.
- Utilise various painting materials and techniques while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain an organised inventory of paints, tools, and supplies for accessibility.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Valid Driving license with a clean record – company van provided
- Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator with a focus on maintenance
- Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and colour schemes
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills for handling multiple projects
- Understanding of health and safety regulations related to painting and maintenance
- Effective communication skills to liaise with colleagues
- Flexibility to adapt to different project sizes and timelines
Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in utilising provided tools and equipment
- Flexibility for out-of-hours on-call rotation (1 week in 4, including weekends).
