The Role:
To help ensure a high quality maintenance and repair service is provided for the organisation. This will include routine and emergency repairs, change of tenancy repairs in void properties, however, other categories of repairs and minor works will also be required in the organisations properties and offices.
About You:
You will carry out regular inspections of properties and schemes as part of the maintenance and inspection cycle. You will be educated to HNC level in a related discipline or working towards this. You should have a high attention to detail and be able to manage your own workload in an efficient manner. Building positive relationships across the business area and working as part of a small team is essential as well as the ability to work on your own initiative.
- A van will be provided therefore a current and valid driving licence is essential.
- You will be required to complete a satisfactory Standard Police Act Disclosure Scotland check.
