The Role:
Express Solicitors is currently in an exciting growth phase within our Road Travel Accident department. Due to our continued success, along with various mergers, and acquisitions, the department is dealing with the new legal changes positively.
The role offers genuine progression opportunities, this year alone, we saw 2 promotions to Partner and 6 to Senior Associate. We also offer our employees remote working on a 3/2 alternate rota.
We are currently looking for an additional Fee Earner to join our RTA department. Ideally 1 to 4 years PQE/ Cilex or alternatively, qualified by experience. Tenacity, ability and enthusiasm are key skills in helping to get the best results for our clients.
The Caseload will be cradle to grave and you will deal with all stages from portal to trial. Therefore, you must be a strong Litigator who really knows the process. Cases will predominantly be Fast Track but there will be some exposure to Multi Track work from high qualify non-CMC sources.
We are looking for a pragmatic individual who has a keen eye for detail but is always aware of the larger picture. Someone who can balance the needs of the individual client while progressing their whole caseload.
The Candidate:
- Proven billing track record of handling a litigated caseload from cradle to grave.
- Genuine tenacity. Confidence in dealing with and using the CPR to win.
- Excellent client care ability, with a passion for achieving the best possible outcome for our clients.
- Knowledge of Proclaim case management system.

- Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30am Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday. There is a degree of flexibility which can be discussed at interview.
