Job Title: Line Packing Operative
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Salary: £9.50p/h rising to £9.80 p/h after 12 weeks probationary period
Job type: Permanent, Full time (Rolling shifts – 4days on 4days off)

The Role:
Based in our fast-moving potato packing factory you will pack customer orders and stack trays, sacks and crates of potatoes onto pallets by hand – your working day will consist mostly of physical labor so candidates must be physically fit.
The Candidate:
Candidates should have an excellent attendance record, an excellent time-keeping record and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in factory working and manual labor is favorable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
Additional information:
Guaranteed basic hours – no early finishes or zero hour contracts.
Additional hours always paid at overtime rate.
