Role Overview:
Lightning Protection Fitters are required to travel to customer sites, to install equipment to the client’s satisfaction, in a safe and efficient manner.
The role will further involve producing adequate paperwork in accordance with standard operating procedures and ensuring an up to date working knowledge of the current code of practice for protection of structures against lightning (BSEN62305) is maintained.
The Candidate:
- Ideally an experienced lightning conductor fitter with experience of the industry
- Hold a current CSCS card (having passed the Health & Safety test) – Not essential, as training will be offered
- Valid driving licence is essential
- Willingness to travel
- An ability to work away from home on occasion
