About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic, helpful and confident staff to primarily keep our customers safe and ensure they have a pleasurable visit.
The hours available are on a two week rota between 06:30 am and 22:00. Full training and a uniform will be provided.
In joining the team you will be part of a transformational journey for the sport, leisure, and active lifestyle services involving a £40miilion investment package to transform facilities and the introduction of exciting new service developments.
On 1st August 2021 the service will move to a new Local Authority Controlled Company, Brimhams Active, and you will be helping to deliver the Vision of “A healthier more active population living longer, more independent and happier lives.” On this date, this role will transfer to Brimhams Active Limited under TUPE on the current terms of employment, a period of continuous employment would be preserved including membership of the North Yorkshire Pension Fund.
About you:
- Strong swimmer
- Experience of Customer Care
- NPLQ qualified or able to take qualification
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of the main safety implications related to the post
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people
- Personal commitment to equality of opportunity
