We’re an award-winning multi-branch family firm of Estate Agents selling and renting properties across Teesside since 1994.
Our staff consist of local people with extensive local knowledge guiding buyers, sellers, landlords and renters to move in or move out of their homes. We utilise the latest technology to share our property data across our network of offices – getting our latest listings to market across varied platforms and ensuring maximum exposure of the varied homes we offer for sale or to rent.
The Role
Working in our busy lettings department managing a portfolio of properties in the Redcar and Eston area predominantly but working as part of a thriving team.
Duties will be to effectively market current available stock, arrange viewings, attain feedback and successfully reference applicants. Arrange tenancies and organise move ins for tenants.
Also to manage the current stock of properties in this area and build relationships with existing and new Landlords.
About you:
You must be able to work on your own and as part of a team as some time in branch will be working alongside a sales team. You’ll need to be organised and work well under pressure, polite and punctual.
Lettings experience is ESSENTIAL and knowledge of existing legislation and lettings process is required to help grow this department. Ideally you’ll have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
Must be used to working to targets and achieving KPI’s.
