Job Title: Lettings Negotiator
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £18,000 – £21,000 p.a. + Commission
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
The Company is now looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator with driving licence to arrange and attend property viewings, process applicant applications, liaise and negotiate offers between Landlords and Applicants. Sign up new tenancies and manage vacant property promotion whilst maintaining their client database. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be computer literate and be able to generate new landlord leads.
Job Duties:
- Being first point of contact for in branch enquiries
- Managing applicant list and managing conversion of applicants into lets
- Negotiate terms of tenancy agreement with landlords and tenants
- Handle new business enquiries
- Securing new landlords and vendors
- Advertising properties to a wide audience
- Generate leads and convert into new business
- Conduct viewings
- Maintain and update systems
- Deal with council and utility companies
Key Requirements:
- At least 1 year Lettings or Sales experience
- Full Driving Licence
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills
- Clear and professional communicator
- Strong organisation, planning and problem-solving skills
- Self-aware, a great team player
- Looking to work in collaboration with your customers as well as your colleagues
- Well presented, trustworthy, confident and reliable
- Excellent telephone manner
