Job Title: Leadership and Management Trainer
Location: Reading
Salary: £45,000 per annum plus an on-target bonus in year one of £5k
Position: Full Time, Permanent
For the past 25 years we have been helping organisations develop their talent, inspire their people and overcome obstacles by designing and delivering bespoke and practical training.
This full-time role will see you deliver training to clients who operate across a broad range of sectors.
Our training is delivered in-person at our offices in Nottingham and Reading, and at our client’s buildings. Courses are also run through Zoom and include:
- ILM Level 5 qualifications in Leadership and Management
- ILM Level 3 award in Leadership and Management
- First Line Management
- Bespoke management training
- ILM Level 5 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
- ILM Level 7 Qualification in coaching and mentoring
- Train the trainer
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering ILM (Institute of Leadership and Management) accredited management and leadership training.
Alternatively, someone with the right training experience and a desire to learn more about ILM will be welcomed.
You’ll need to be an excellent communicator and have a proven track record of adapting your training style based on the seniority and experience levels of the delegates.
And you’ll need to work closely with our account managers and ILM administrators to design bespoke courses to meet the specific needs of our clients.
As a progressive business that is expanding our eLearning training, we also need someone that would be willing to present on camera. But don’t worry – full training, coaching and support will be provided via our sister company Media First.
