Job Title: Lead Property Manager
Location: London (Stepney Green)
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 DOE
Job type: Full Time, Monday to Friday 9/10am to 5/6pm, occasional Saturday.

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our experienced team and grow with us. We are a rapidly expanding property lettings company, specialising in the flat share market with, a leader in our field of expertise with a portfolio of nearly 400 properties and rising.
We are not sponsoring Visa’s at this time, so please refrain from applying unless eligible to work in the UK.
Typical duties will include:
- Assist upper management by being the lead property manager within the P.M department.
- Manage your own portfolio of properties; liaise with internal departments, tenants, landlord’s and, external bodies.
- Coordinate and lead the Property Managers in managing the maintenance and cleaning teams.
- Monitor the jobs being arranging for the maintenance, repairs and cleaning teams ensuring all relevant departments are informed and updated.
- Monitor the request of HMO Licences, all utilities and services such as internet, carrying out inspections for H&S compliance; gas to internet.
- Coordinate and monitor departments administration; query and report any anomalies, changes, costing issues, job reports are up to date, in the system and all relevant departments informed.
- Monitor and keep track of the team’s payroll information is supplied on time and checked; sickness, overtime, expenses, with any adjustment and anomalies investigated for H&S and payroll purposes as well as overall performance.
- Deal with and report any staff issues to upper management if persistently occurring.
- Coordinate and monitor cost and ensure cost control is up to date and tallies, is reported to relevant departments and/or managers informed accordingly and on time.
- Ensure properties are up to standard, for renting or return to landlord.
- Ensure company processes, policies followed and logged.
- Various and ad-hoc task that are part of and are required and be able to adapt to the any changing business needs of the company and the role.
What do you need?
- Have five years’ experience in a similar role and want to step up to the next level.
- Confident in your ability to lead, monitor and effectively supervise staff workloads.
- Ability to take over portfolio and run it smoothly, and coordinate all parties involved.
- Will be well organised, efficient and pro-active.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, data entry skills, good Excel skills and be good with numbers and a good communicator
