Job Title: Landscape Team Leader
Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA
Salary: Up to £15.00 an hour / Overtime of up to £19.50 an hour / Bonus: £20 a day
Job type: Full Time Permanent, Monday to Friday – 40 Hours a week

The Role:
We are looking for experienced Landscapers ideally with a 7.5ton Driving Licence to run teams of 2- and 3-men building gardens of all shapes and sizes. This is all with the aim of providing our clients with a high level of satisfaction. You would enjoy problem solving and the challenge of using a variety of different landscape materials and machinery to create gardens from designs.
Required Skills Some experience or exposure to the following is essential:
- Practical Hard Landscape skills, paving, dwarf walls, fencing, ponds, driver
- Experience of running a Team
- Experience working from plans and to customer specification
- Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day.
- Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
- A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude
The candidate:
Desirable skills but not essential
- Soft landscaping skills – Ground work, planting, turfing
- 5 ton Driving Licence
- Plant identification and knowledge
