Job Title: Landscape Team Leader
Location: Curdridge, Southampton, SO32 2DA
Salary: Up to £15.00 an hour / Overtime of up to £19.50 an hour / Bonus: £20 a day
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (40 hours a week, Monday – Friday)

The Role:
We are looking for experienced Landscapers ideally with a 7.5ton Driving Licence to run teams of 2 and 3 men building gardens of all shapes and sizes. This is all with the aim of providing our clients with a high level of satisfaction. You would enjoy problem solving and the challenge of using a variety of different landscape materials to create gardens from designs.
The Candidate:
Required Skills
- 5 ton Driving Licence
- Practical Hard Landscape skills
- Experience of running a Team
- Experience working from plans and to customer specification
- Adapting the site arrangements to reflect weather/working conditions of the day.
- Risk assessments and onsite health and safety
- A positive ‘Can Do’ attitude Desirable Skills Desirable skills but not essential
