This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager in a busy role.

Main Duties:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and giving them the VIP service
- Supporting the Sales team and Project team to identify growth opportunities and enhance profitability
- Using your business acumen to provide solutions to customers requirements
- Provide quotes and up-sell on products where possible
- Deal with customer issues and complaints
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs and specific or bespoke requirements are met to agreed timescales
- Maintain accurate and organised records of customer activities, analyse the data and produce reports
- Work with the Marketing team to jointly provide the best sales support service
About you:
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, showing versatility in your approach to each customer and situation
- Enjoys providing solutions to problems and getting things done
- Self-motivated, results driven and great commercial sense
- Confident I.T skills
- Highly organised, flexible and willingness to learn about technical products
- Enjoys helping others and have a friendly personality
Experience of working as an Account Manager role within a similar industry would be ideal, however, full training will be provided so an eagerness to deliver excellent service, learn and be motivated is more important.

This is an office-based role: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
