Job Title: IT Technician
Location: Monmouth, South Wales (This position cannot be performed remotely)
Salary: £10.00-£12.00 per hour
Working hours: 8:00am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am – 12:30pm on alternate Saturdays with flexibility to work outside of scheduled hours when required. We are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Mandarin Stone is a leading importer of natural stone and porcelain products in the UK. We are a family run business that has grown into a very successful and reputable company within the industry. We have 13 inspirational showrooms across the UK and are currently recruiting for an IT Technician based at our Monmouth Head Office.
About you:
We are looking for a motivated and focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our existing IT team. Some of the responsibilities will include maintaining, troubleshooting and updating all data connectivity and telecommunications within the company, as well as providing support to system users. Other responsibilities will include maintaining and updating software licencing and liaising with external suppliers to resolve connectivity and usage issues.
The successful candidate must be able to work well in a team but also independently, be able to use their own initiative with an organised and proactive approach to ensure the smooth running of the department.
