Job Title: IT Project / Delivery Manager
Location: Based at either Central London or Heathrow Offices (will need to be able to attend the Heathrow office once a week)
Salary: £38,000 – £44,000 per annum, depending on experience
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Dataquest is one of the largest independent IT service & support companies in the UK. We are a managed services provider delivering a high level of support for network infrastructure, cloud, operating systems, connectivity and client sided issues.
Established for nearly 20 years Dataquest is privately owned. There are over 200 employees servicing contracts mainly in the UK, but also globally.
About the role:
You will provide IT project management directly to our client base within budget and scope. This will involve overseeing budgets and setting deadlines, assigning and chasing responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of each project and assisting with delivering the IT business portfolio.
You will manage the delivery of demand of all sizes through an agreed framework, to transition projects successfully into the Live Operational environment.
This role would be suited to someone with a can do attitude, excellent attention to detail with a technical background which will allow them to understand the different range of IT projects in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

- Managing project admin and associated documentation

- Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress

Experience
- IT Technical knowledge – sufficient to understand what you are delivering
- Proven working experience (3 years+ in a similar PM role)
- Strong Excel skills
- Prince II/Agile or equivalent qualification
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised and able to identify and prioritise work
- Ability to deliver projects against timelines
- Ability to work well to aggressive and pressurised deadlines.
- Fluent English both written and spoken
- Ability to communicate effectively and accurately
- Ability to present and communicate with C level management
- Strong analytical and numeric skills
- Commercial awareness
- ITIL knowledge and experience is a plus
