Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Walker
Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be doing?
Due to company expansion they are now looking for a new Field Technician to become part of the walking team based in central London.
You will be working with Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera products daily and will be required to:
- Repair of customer’s equipment at their premises in line with service guidelines set
- Completion of preventative maintenance either on fault calls or dedicated visits
- Completion of work within the given response schedule and to a consistently high standard
- Installation of machines, including networking and operator training
- Be personable and approachable with excellent customer service skills
- You will work closely with their Call Control team
Experience Required
The successful candidate will:
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ service experience in copier and print solutions service
- Be able to demonstrate competence in photocopier maintenance
- Have attended manufacturing training courses
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Have a professional approach and present themselves well to clients
- Poses excellent communication and customer care skills.
- Have a helpful and approachable attitude
