Job Title: Photocopier/Printer Field Service Engineer

Location: Covering Surrey and Kent

Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

What will you be doing?

You’ll be working as a Field Service Engineer as a part of the mobile team and will be based in the areas of Surrey and Kent.

As a member of the service team, your role will include:

  • Working with Canon, Ricoh and Kyocera products daily.
  • Repairing and servicing both mono and colour printers using your experience and knowledge of connecting and configuring digital devices on computer networks
  • Work closely with the Call Control Team making sure communication is quick and precise.
  • Managing your own workload effectively and report accurately on activities completed/in progress as required.
  • Using your customer service and communication skills to maintain best working relationship with both clients and your team.

Experience Required

The successful candidate will have:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ MPS, Copier and Print Solutions service experience.
  • Will be able to demonstrate competence in photocopier maintenance and have attended manufacturer training courses.
  • Be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Poses excellent communication and customer care skills.
  • Have Full clean UK driving license is a must.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate documentation
  • Proven experience of working part of a team.
  • Confidence and be able to present themselves well to clients.
  • Helpful and approachable attitude.
