About the role:
Your main duty will be to provide application support for ICT applications used by the various business areas in Walsall Council. You’ll also have the opportunity to assist Senior Application Support and Development Specialists in any software development activities relating to the support of these business applications. Working independently dealing with support calls, you’ll excel in co-operating with colleagues to resolve outstanding calls.
About you:
If you have some experience in a 1st or 2nd line support role and are familiar with some of the following development technologies then why not consider joining our team and sharing your expertise with us:
- Experience of Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 and Power BI
- Back-end technologies: C#, SQL
- Front end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular JS, Bootstrap
- Source control systems: Azure DevOps or Git

For this role the successful candidate(s) must undergo a Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) check.
