Job Title: Internal Salesperson
Location: Leicester office (close to Fosse Park)
Salary: £16,900.00 per year.
Job Type: Permanent, Part Time, Working hours 9.00am – 2.30pm (with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break from 12.30-1.00).
Technical Surfaces Ltd are the UK’s leading artificial sports surface maintenance company. We are looking to add an experienced Internal Salesperson to our long-standing team to assist in managing / following-up to quotations issued to new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Follow up calls to new and existing clients to assist in working towards targets.
- Updating our bespoke, internal system with notes from the call.
- Updating our system with revised follow-up dates, to prompt a further call.
- Reissuing quotations if required via email.
- Receiving orders and changing statuses to enable the order to be processed by another team.
- Identifying where a Technical Manager needs to speak to the client to provide technical support.
- General telephone duties dealing with incoming/outgoing calls.
- Reporting any additional requests / requirements to the Technical Managers.
The Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will have good people skills and will be keen to build relationships with our long-standing clients, have a good telephone manner and be computer literate.
- All training will be provided as well as ongoing support.
- Whilst the role is initially based in the office full time to facilitate training, with the right candidate we are open to a more flexible approach if childcare considerations are a concern during the holidays

- Additional on target bonus of £150.00 per month (total £1,800.00 per year), available after successfully completing a 6-month probation period.
