Job Title: Internal Sales Executive
Location: LE16
Salary: £22,000 – £24,000/year base + Benefits (listed below) – Uncapped Commission
Job type: Monday to Thursday 8.30m – 5.15pm and Friday 8.30am – 4.30pm

The Role
We are seeking a Sales Executive. Candidates must be punctual, hardworking, enjoy being part of a small team and have excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge of word and excel would be a benefit.
The area you will cover is untapped so has potential for high earnings.
Key Requirements:
- Build quality relationships.
- Prepare product quotations in line with customer requirements
- Source and convert quality potential customers
- Follow up on customer enquiries that have yet to convert to a sale
- Follow and implement all procedures, legislative and regulatory rules
- Effectively develop your sales area by proactively targeting market sectors.
- Generating new enquires, converting existing projects into live orders.
- Be the voice or our company, show a general interest in our products, act professionally at all times.
The Candidate:
- Track record of delivering high levels of achievement
- GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
- Strong customer service ethic with a passion for continuously improving the levels of service provided
- Be a good team player and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with existing and new clients.
- Ability to work in a structured way, independently and as a team member to achieve targets and deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Experience of managing and nurturing relationships with potential customers
- Experience of working alone and managing own diary
- Confident telephone manner
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to work quickly and accurately to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and the ability to deal with people at all levels
- Strong organisational skills and a willingness to take ownership and accountability of work
- Resilience & patience to deal with difficult situations.
