Are you a motivated, experienced, results-driven individual with a passion for sales? We’re seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our growing team at Vent Engineering
As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on nurturing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. It involves no cold calling, all calls answered are with people who are already interested in purchasing from us. With uncapped commission potential, this is an exciting opportunity to maximise your earnings

About us:
We are natural & smoke ventilation specialists; we have been trading since 1988 and are one of the leading specialists in our field. We supply products in the UK to both individuals and trade customers alike.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Drive sales from incoming phone calls, emails or live chat
- Provide product advice and guidance on our full range of products (training will be provided)
- Up-sell and cross sell other products during the sales process
- Perform general sales administrative tasks as required, maintaining accurate and organised records using platforms available
- Collaborate with the team to contribute to a positive and efficient work environment
- Work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and strive to achieve sales targets
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Be enthusiastic and ambitious
- Have a track record of success in Sales
- Have good communication and customer service skills
- Have a good telephone manner
- Have the ability to listen to the customer in order to fully understand what they require
- Possess good attention to detail
- Have the skills to effectively prioritise and manage a varied workload
- General understanding of website functions and Microsoft Office
