You will start by learning the business, industry and products and services to build your understanding of what the Company do. This training and induction intends to give you a good grounding to help you hit the ground running in your new role, although you’ll always be learning.
Putting your personality into every call, you will be following up on customer enquiries with the intention to successfully understand the customers’ requirements and placing the order. By building those relationships you’ll be playing an important part in customer satisfaction.
Keeping all customer details up to date on the system makes it easy to ensure nothing is missed and the team is kept in the loop. You will need to be organised and driven to take responsibility for achieving results and earning your bonus.
You’ll also need to enjoy talking with the customers, building that relationship quickly so you can understand what they need and how you can help them.
Creating and distributing reports to provide updates around enquiry volumes, conversions and pipeline will enable you to actively identify areas to improve performance and promote your successes. It can’t be just about the numbers though; you’ll need to be invested in ensuring that your customers receive a great service by using your organisation and problem-solving skills.
You will be based in the office, working with the customer service team so that information can be easily shared and any amendments made but it’ll be vital that you foster great relationships with Operations and Support Services as well.
This is a new position within the team which they know can add value to the department, improve the customer experience and provide an opportunity for you to develop with the Company.
