Job Title: Internal Recruitment Executive

Location: Shoreditch, London

Salary: £30,000 + Bonuses (OTE £40,000)

The role:

We are currently on the hunt for a superstar recruiter to take Bluetown’s growth to the next level. Utilising our purpose built ATS to source candidates looking to progress their careers in sales/ marketing.

As a Recruiter your role will be managing the full recruitment process from beginning to end. You will be working closely with the Sales Managers to ensure a steady flow of candidates into our internal processes.

  • Not afraid to pitch in, with this being a new position someone that can bring new ideas to the table on how to source the best Sales talent in the business will be prioritised.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Sourcing new candidates through networking, research and headhunting using our internal system, GRAViTY.
  • Writing job descriptions for new and developing opportunities.
  • Assessing candidates’ experience, and arranging and managing their interview process.
  • Guiding candidates through the hiring process, keeping them updated on their progression in each stage.
  • Managing the offer process – including negotiating salaries and pay rates.
