Job Title: Internal Recruiter / Talent Manager

We’re now keen to hire a Talent Manager that wants to establish themselves as key player within the organisation. This is a full 360 role from writing engaging job specs, shortlisting and conducting interviews. You’ll have impeccable organisational skills and take a collaborative approach with the Business Directors when assessing the needs of the business.
Day to Day Duties:
- Creating enticing job advertisements to target the top talent
- Using platforms such as Job boards and LinkedIn to headhunt (approach potential candidates and sell the opportunity)
- Speaking to sales managers to discuss their requirements and preferences
- Screening candidates via video/ telephone calls
- Relaying feedback to candidates
- Scheduling further interviews between candidate and hiring managers
- Managing the hiring process from start to finish
- Talent Managers will be required to assist with the onboarding process, checking in with new starters to ensure they are comfortable in their new role during their probationary period
Skills and Qualifications Required
- Experience working in a stand-alone position
- 2+ Years working in a Recruitment Role
- Agency background considered within a sales Industry
- Must be able to showcase previous hires made across multiple disciplines
- Keen and engaging content writer
- Charismatic with a genuine enthusiasm when meeting new people
- Affable, personable and enjoys presenting to groups of all sizes and levels
