Job Title: Installation Project Manager

About the role:
You will provide the vital link between our clients’ project team and our installations team in the UK and Germany. As a central point of contact you will ask the right questions, gather key information and share this with the relevant people to ensure seamless service delivery. Managing your own time and working closely with our Installations Team Manager and Operations Coordinator you will support the delivery of complex installations.
Primarily managing installation projects, you will also be responsible for working with our transport service partners to ensure servicing, maintenance and compliance of our small fleet of vehicles. This role includes occasional weekend work and nights away which attract a tax-free subsistence allowance.
Key duties:
- Build relationships with key clients
- Conduct site surveys at hospitals and clinics across the UK
- Plan delivery of medical imaging equipment into the sites
- Produce and share method statements and risk assessments
- Respond to queries and adapt delivery plan to accommodate changes
- Ensure plans are agreed and effectively communicated
About you:
Communication, planning, problem solving, and independent time management are essential to the success of this position. Full training will be given due to the specialist nature of the role however a background in engineering, experience of undertaking site surveys, planning complex deliveries, or project management would be advantageous.
