Job Title: Information Systems Support Officer (Land and Property Systems)
Location: Woking, Surrey
Salary: Salary £26,266 – £27,694 p.a. dependent upon experience and a Flexible Benefits allowance of £1,781 p.a.
Job type: Full time – 37 hours per week
The Role
The Council is a recognised leader in the development and regeneration of our Town Centre and Borough wide infrastructure initiatives. We have also recently published our Digital Strategy 2022-25 demonstrating our ambition to become a digital leader.
We are looking for a self-motivated and experienced Information System Support Officer, for our Idox suite of applications for Planning, Building Control, Environmental Health, Licensing and Housing, to support our program of works.
The successful applicant will assist teams across the Council to make the best use of the Idox applications, to improve the customer experience and internal processes.

Key Requirements:
The successful applicant will be part of our busy Application Support Team and will be able to demonstrate:
- Experience of the administration of Idox applications – Uniform, Total Land Charges and the Document Management System
- Knowledge of the processes around Planning, Building Control and other Land and Property based services
- Effective team working
- Excellent report writing skills to produce statistical returns using SSRS
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation, partners and suppliers
