This leading business communications analysis firm is seeking new analysts to join its team based in its offices in Marlborough, Wiltshire to assist with its production of senior-level market-focused reports.
If you have experience in either market analysis and insight in an adjacent technology area or are particularly interested in the communications and collaboration industry, its prospects and how it operates, this full-time position may be perfect for you! It provides the perfect opportunity for the successful candidate to conduct in-depth research and analysis related to business and technology topics across the business communications industry. The reports are targeted to senior management within communications and collaboration vendors and providers as well as investment, finance and private equity organisations.
Maximise your potential
In addition to studying the key issues and market players that are shaping the industry, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their market and economic analysis research, forecasting and business report writing and presentation skills.
Initially, you will receive training where you will learn the art of market analysis and the company’s methodologies. Successful candidates will then be provided the opportunity to progress to more responsible roles overseeing the production of reports and analysis.
Applicants must be:
- Analytically minded
- Highly literate with good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with interpreting and producing written and numerical data
- Competent with researching particular market/economic trends and developments using primary and secondary data collection methods
- Organised and able to meet publishing deadlines
- Able to research, edit and produce well-presented, readable business reports on a regular basis.
Job requirements
Suitable candidates should be at least graduate level, preferably with an understanding of both technology/business and the communications and collaboration industry. Ideally, candidates should have b2b writing and research skills and experience. The role will involve an element of UK and international travel and the need to work across international time zones to meet research deadlines.
