As the UK division of one of the world’s largest manufacturers of commercial and industrial laundry solutions they’ve been supplying, installing and servicing laundry equipment for over 55 years. As a family owned company, they put quality, reliability and customer care above short-term profits for shareholders.
The Role:
Their Industrial Service team offer a 24-365 ‘best in industry’ service to some of the biggest and best laundry facilities in the UK. They have highly skilled Industrial Service Engineers and a dedicated team of Administrators backing them up. They are now looking for a manager who can support them to continue to meet and exceed customers’ high expectations.
The Candidate:
Their ideal candidate will be customer-focused, self-motivated and effective. You will have first-hand experience in a field-based service management role and be able to demonstrate that you can ensure that work is delegated and completed on-time, to plan and within budget.
They’ll provide you with comprehensive training on their products from their Experience Centre in Barcelona so you will need to be willing to spend a few months commuting to Spain when you join.
