As a ‘complete solution’ provider, we offer companies of all sizes a one-stop management of all their health and safety, fire safety and electrical compliance obligations.
The role: We are currently hiring an In-house Recruiter to join the team and help the organisation hire top talent in a timely, efficient & cost-effective manner while promoting diverse & inclusive hiring practices.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment of open roles including understanding business needs and drafting job specifications, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various stakeholders, reference checking and offer management.
- Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met.
- Achieving and exceeding hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
The Candidate:
- You have prior experience within talent acquisition or have built teams in a previous role.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships with & influence stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
