Job Title: IFA Administrator
Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 DOE
Location: St Albans
Job Purpose:
- To provide administrative support to Paraplanners & Financial Advisers within KDW
- Main Activities:
- Produce annual review packs and complete the annual review process
- Maintain all necessary systems
- Type letters and draft routine correspondence
- Produce quotations on financial products for comparison
- Processing of investment, pension, and protection business
- Collate and upload all relevant correspondence to our True Potential back-office system to submit cases for compliance checking
- To assist in producing accurate compliant client reports for Financial Advisers
- To collect relevant data in order to complete the reports
Skills/competencies:
- Highly organised
- Good team worker
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Word and Excel
- Report writing skills
- Able to exercise initiative
Qualifications:
- Essential – Educated to GCE ‘A’ Level, GCSE English, GCSE Maths
Experience:
- Two years office experience in a similar role/working environment
Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of: Admin Assistant, Independent Financial Advisor Support, Office Administrator may also be considered for this role.
