Salary: £27,929 – £33,314 per year.
Job type: Fixed Term Contract 12 months, Full time.

The Role:
Due to an internal secondment, we’re seeking a highly motivated team leader to join our professional and friendly iCentre team at our Chelmsford campus and make a key contribution to our students’ success. The iCentre provides a frontline information and guidance service to students, signposts to specialist services, and delivers efficient and effective administrative support with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. Often the first point of contact for students with complex enquiries or who may be in distress, the iCentre team you would be leading are passionate about offering an empathetic and professional service to our students.
Candidate Requirements:
Educated to degree level or part qualified in a relevant professional qualification at degree level appropriate to the specific role being advertised or with demonstrable appropriate level of experience of continuing professional development relevant to the role, you’ll have experience of working in an administrative customer-facing role, and a strong team ethic with experience of leading by example and of supervising staff. You’ll be comfortable working under pressure whilst managing the day-to-day function of the iCentre, ensuring students receive an excellent professional and empathetic service.
