Job Title: Hygiene Supervisor

The Role:
Based in our fast-moving potato packing factory you will report to the Hygiene Team Leader and supervise a small cleaning team to ensure that all hygiene tasks related to the cleaning of machinery are undertaken at the required frequency and to the required standard. Related paperwork must also be completed in a timely manner and although the role will mainly be situated in the main packhouse area site wide outdoor tasks will also be required to be undertaken on occasion.
The Candidate:
Candidates should have an excellent attendance record, an excellent time-keeping record and a keen eye for detail.
Previous experience in supervising or cleaning in food packing factories is favorable but not essential as full training will be given to the right candidate.
Additional information:
Shift pattern: 6.00am – 6.00pm: fixed 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift system
Guaranteed 80.5 hours paid basic rate per fortnight.
No zero hours, full time hours.
Additional hours always paid at overtime rate.
