Job Title: HR Systems Analyst

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £28,929 – £32,411 per annum – SS4.

Job type: Permanent, Full-time

The Role:

Following the launch of a brand new HR system at University College Birmingham an exciting opportunity for a HR Systems Analyst has arisen. You will join a growing team of experienced HR professionals who are responsible for providing high quality support to the University.

As a HR Systems Analyst, you will support the system users, ensuring all data is accurate, and provide analysis and reports as required. You will also provide support in the expansion of the HR system to other areas such as Recruitment, Professional Development and Performance Management.

You will have experience of HR and Payroll processes, preferably in the Education sector, alongside experience of working with HR systems such as iTrent. You will have Maths and English qualifications at Level 2 (GCSE C/4) or above alongside evidence of successful post-16 study.

This role is based in Birmingham City Centre, and whilst some hybrid working is available, the majority of working hours will be on campus.
