Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Nottingham

Salary: £29,500 – £34,000 per annum, full time equivalent.

Job type: Flexible, Permanent

Working Hours: 15 hours per week to be agreed under company flexible working policy, but generally expected to be worked over 4 days.

Under relatively new ownership, the Bank is growing rapidly. It is fast becoming the go-to Bank for the evangelical church in the UK who want to ensure their money is used for Kingdom purposes.

Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has arisen to join our HR team at our offices in Beeston, Nottingham.

The Bank is a close-knit and hard-working team of around 49 people. About the role:

The role of our HR officer is to provide high quality People support and services to the team. Working closely with the CEO and External Senior HR Consultant to deliver all people initiatives and systems. Specifically, supporting hiring employees, managing employee needs and employee welfare, coaching and support to line managers and ensuring all employees follow company policies and procedures. Educated to degree level with a CIPD qualification or working towards having one, you will have solid experience of working in a similar role providing first line generalist HR advice and support.

Benefits:

27 days paid holidays (excluding bank holidays), with the opportunity to purchase an additional five days’ holiday per annum. Please note these are full time equivalent and will be pro-rated for part-time working.
