Are you a dedicated and experienced HR professional looking for an exciting opportunity to lead and support all aspects of human resources functions? If so, we invite you to be part of our dynamic organization as our HR Manager! Ideally, you should be able to start in mid-September.
Day to day activities:
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations (ER) with a strong grasp of employment law applications.
- Proficient in leading local operational activities, ensuring compliance with Immigration/UK Sponsorship Licence, HMRC, and IR35 regulations.
- Responsible for conducting Annual Salary reviews and Performance evaluations.
- Skilled in change management, particularly in the context of restructures and general consultation processes.
- Competent in HR Reporting and Audit processes.
- Overseeing Annual SMCR (Senior Managers and Certification Regime) processes.
- Knowledgeable in UK Gender Pay Gap reporting and compliance requirements.
- Responsible for managing the UK Payroll Manager, including conducting audits and approving monthly Payroll.
- Ensuring compliance with UK Benefits regulations.
- Line management responsibilities for the UK HR Advisor and Payroll Manager
- Oversight of annual wellbeing and engagement plans.
- Providing coaching, mentoring, and support to employees among other areas.
