We have an exceptional opportunity to join our company in a pivotal role, reporting directly into the Director of People & Culture.
About The Role:
The HR Manager will be responsible for leading on strategic HR Management throughout the organisation, as well as overseeing key areas such as employee relations, policies, procedures, recruitment, learning and development whilst being an integral part of the Senior Management Team. You would be responsible for developing and mentoring a small HR team, as well as other managers on all HR related matters. Whilst working to legal obligations is vital, we are looking for innovation, a creative approach and ways of streamlining our HR processes to drive efficiency, engagement and pragmatism in this field, across the organisation.
A Few Things About You:
We are looking for someone with experience in a HR management role, ideally within a similar manufacturing industry.
You will need to have experience of dealing with management at all levels as well as managing an HR team.
You ideally should have a level 5 CIPD or higher, but experience is of greater importance.
Knowledge and understanding of HR technologies is required, with experience of PeopleHR an advantage.
When You’ll Be Working:
You will be working a 37.5 hour week between Monday to Friday with the hours to be agreed.
