An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic HR Manager to play a key role in both leading the HR operation in the College and supporting the Senior Leadership and Management teams with HR strategy.
Overseeing the HR Officer and Payroll & Pensions Officer and with responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle, the HR Manager will deliver an efficient and effective HR service to the staff of the College at all levels.
The HR department is currently going through a period of substantial transformation with a move to a paperless operating model and a new HR self-service and recruitment platform. As HR Manager you will be responsible for leading this implementation along with other HR related projects, liaising with all key stakeholders and ensuring that requirements are met to reach key milestones.
This is a full time, full year role working Monday to Friday.
The salary is points 31-33 of the NJC Support Staff Pay Scale, currently £40,265 to £42,257 per annum.
