The Role/Candidate:
We are currently seeking an HR Assistant to join our busy fast-paced operational environment. Reporting to the HR Manager and based at our Head Office in Avonmouth, you will assist with the growing workload and recruitment of new operators across all sites whilst maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and ensuring the integrity of HR records and conduct.
Roles and responsibilities include:
- Assist with operator recruitment and on-boarding processes including inductions.
- Support the management of the new and current HR software.
- Liaise with payroll and other support functions.
- Assist with general HR administration duties.
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior experience in HR and a basic understanding of employment law would be an advantage.
- Confident in picking up new systems/databases as well as having confidence in IT Knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Highly organised with a high level of creativity.
