Salary: £24,313 – £30,507 pa

They currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to join their small, busy team. You will provide a responsive HR service to designated service areas and will work in partnership with both customers and the team to deliver a highly effective, professional, pro-active HR service.
The Candidate:
Applicants must be CIPD level 5 qualified as a minimum, with recent HR experience to include discipline, grievance and absence management and experience of facilitating organisational change. You must have strong IT, communication and customer service skills.
Candidates will have recent experience in an Advisory level role as this position is ideally suited to those with experience at this level.
