Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Croydon – Hybrid

Main Purpose of the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a small team covering all areas of the employee lifecycle. In addition, there will be an opportunity for project work and to be involved in more strategic aspects of HR.
The role involves carrying out day to day HR activities, responding to ad hoc queries and proactively exploring better ways of delivering the HR service to the company.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that can demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Onboarding and Administration
- Developing and maintaining Policies & Procedures
- Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Absence and Reporting
- Maintaining our HR and Learning Development Systems
- Recruitment Administration
- Supporting on projects
- Checking the cleaners, stocks etc.
The Candidate will be:
- Numerate, accurate and have excellent attention to detail.
- Proactive with the ability to take ownership of work activities.
- Extremely discrete and confidential.
- Highly motivated and proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Credible, professional, and have strong personal integrity.
- Able to prioritise workloads so that deadlines are met.
Qualifications required
- CIPD qualified or working towards CIPD qualification or prepared to work toward being CIPD qualified
Experience required
- Previous experience in a HR Administrator position.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office.
