Job Title: HR Administrator

Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum
Job type: 6 months Fixed term Contract

About the role:
Reporting directly into HR Business Partner providing administrative support to the line manager and a wider senior management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment and offer letters including international and contractors
- Update and maintain internal HR database to ensure data quality control
- Assist in the recruitment process – ensure correct DD is followed and stored in the personnel files
- Maintain personnel files
- Support facilitate new starters and leavers process
- Support with facilitating monthly payroll processing
- Take notes
- Collide, analyse and summarise time and attendance data
- Draft and issue HR related letters
- Administer probationary reviews
- Obtain references and carry out pre-employment checks when necessary
- Ad hoc projects

- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage own workload with little supervision
- Outstanding communication Skills
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Ability to strive in a busy environment and able to perform under pressure
- Keen on learning new skills
Required Experience or Qualifications:
Ideal candidate will have at least one of the following:
- CIPD qualification
- University Degree
- 1-2 Years of HR experience at Admin Level
