Job Title: People Administrator

Titon manufactures and supplies ventilation and window products – ranging from its signature Trimvent background ventilator to window handles, locking systems and hinge systems to powered ventilation products including whole house systems and extract fans.
We are looking for an HR Admin to join our HR team (internally known as our People Team)! Based in Haverhill, you will be focused on supporting employees and managers across both our Haverhill and Colchester site.
About the role
You will work closely with the People team to deliver excellent HR support to the business. You will also work in close collaboration with the People and Talent Manager, to ensure the delivery of improvement.
The day-to-day work of this role will support all stages of the employee lifecycle for employees, including delivery of employee on boarding, general HR support, working to resolve employee queries, and partnering with managers to resolve minor HR issues. You will also be supporting the implementing, communicating, and training for our new HR Information System.

Key Duties:
- Provide HR support and act as the first point of contact for employees and managers
- Manage orientation and onboarding for new employees in the UK
- Partner with managers to understand and resolve local issues and escalate as appropriate
- Supporting processes through the employee life cycle including performance development, organisational change, recruitment and conduct issues
- Delivering training to support manager development
- Support the People and Talent Manager on the implementation of the HRIS
- Review and help implement HR processes and suggesting changes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Manage the HR inbox and resolve or escalate as appropriate
- You will work out of the Haverhill office, however travel to Colchester office may be required depending on the business need
About you:
- A minimum 2+ years of experience working as an administrator
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or working towards
- Basic understanding of right to work
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to work independently and comfortable working in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written with strong attention to detail
- Strong organisation skills such as record keeping
