Job Title: Housing Officer / Housing Assistant
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £20,493 – £21,748 per annum
Job type: Full Time – 37 hours per week, Fixed Term ( until 31st March 2023)

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working as part of a team, who want to make a difference to people’s lives and have an interest in housing repair, improvement and maintenance. We are establishing a new team to assist disabled people remain safe and healthy in their own homes.
About you:
To be successful you will need excellent organisational and communication skills, along with the ability to work individually and as part of a team. You will have a flexible in approach and be able to prioritise workloads. Ideally, you will have suitable experience in surveying homes, specifying work, checking prices and signing off work. More importantly, you will have excellent customer care skills.
