Our Hapimag Resort London is located right by Hyde park. It reopened its doors in Mai 2021 after an extensive renovation and boasts 44 spacious 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments, an honesty shop and reception area. Each apartment has its own kitchenette, dining and seating area.

The role:
Responsible for checking all guest apartments, hallways and public areas in the resort to ensure
presentation of all areas meets required standards. Requires a strong attention to detail. You will be
working with a fixed cleaning company, making sure they are following the standards. You will be in
charge of the public areas as well as checking the rooms.
The Candidate:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar standard of property
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized and systematic
- Ability to work under pressure and on your own
- Concern for quality of product and service
- Passionate and enthusiastic with a positive approach
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Attend morning meeting to collect daily work sheets and any other duties assigned by Front office team.
- Report any maintenance faults by filling the maintenance book
- Check stock levels for cleaning and guests products and stock control
- Management of external laundry supplies and control of linen
- Assist with regular deep cleaning of suites and public areas
- Ensure good communication is maintained between cleaning company and the resort by informing the daily rooms that will require to clean
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of all standards procedures and policies relating to the resort
- Flexibility in working hours around the needs of the business
- Attend any training requested by the company
- Be polite and considerate of all guests at all times
- Warmly greet any guests you pass in the public areas
- Inform the Front Office Team for if found any lost property and ensure that lost property is recorded and locked away
- Safe use of cleaning materials at all times
- In charge of the cleaning of the inside and outside of the Resort, including brushing courtyards
- Ensure that weekly and monthly tasks are completed as required task and check sheets updated accordingly
- Check serviced suites, bathrooms and ensure they are presented to the required standard;
- In charge of public areas to ensure they are up to standards
